Came across your video. It reminded me when I took my daughter to SCG for the first time, she was around you daughters age, she never stayed inside. She was so happy to be there and it became the favorite place to visit. She was so excited.

What is the purpose of the arrow root powder?. Is it really necessary ?

You don’t have to put arrow root powder but I like the silky feeling it gives especially if you put a thicker oil like castor oil, it helps to reduce the sticky feel.

So from 6am-6pm I didn’t eat, l only drank water and after 6pm I ate regular cooked meals.I didn’t eat a lot of fruits and vegetables since it was my first time.

Does it solidify? I use these ingredients idk if it’s the ratio but mines gets thick and a lil solid still can use but I want it more liquidity

You can put it in the fridge or keep it out, either way. The fridge is faster to solidify however.

She's using a melt and pour soap base. This is already processed and cured. You simply add your desired additives. In this case, she chose to add lemon essential oil and turmeric.
