Hello dear! You will have to add more pepper and fry it out a little bit on a low heat to get the raw pepper out. Powder pepper or pepper flakes would be your best option.

Hello! Is it burnt? Or if it’s not freshly made then it maybe spoiled probably because you didn’t fry all the moisture out or maybe some moisture got in after you finished frying it. If you just noticed the bitterness you can fry it on a low heat for a while however you won’t get that original taste bc of the bitterness. You can also blend and fry some onions like you’re making a new batch and once all the moisture is out add the old one and fry till done. But if it’s really really bad then it’s best to just discard it and make a new one. Hope this helps.
