Awesome review Zack, you could title this movie Robbie of the Planet of the Apes LOL!

I do think you've missed the point of the chimp entirely. It wasn't there to add levity, as Robbie says in the opening narration, this is how he sees himself and then in rehab, he goes on to say that he's never felt evolved because he became famous at 15 and that's when he stopped growing as a person. People shouldn't be commenting on him as an ape because it's entirely from his POV. It's what i enjoyed most about this film because it's produced by the artist, yet instead of lifting himself up as this troubled musical genius, he instead shows us just how despicable he was in pursuit of fame at any cost. Furthermore, you're more likely to empathise with the ape than you are a human, especially because youre probably going to be hung up on how much an actor looks like Robbie rather than watching the story. I genuinely can't see how this film would have worked without the chimp. Also, a slight nitpick, the film grain is intentional to evoke the feeling of a specific time in the past, it's not unfinished.

I'll say this about Cena, I'd rather him win the rumble and challenge Cody for the title at WrestleMania than have Roman win and get his rematch against Cody like Roman needs that again 😑 and also the last time I gave a shit about hulk Hogan was 2002, I stopped giving a shit about him when he refused to put Randy Orton over at SummerSlam 2006

This was my most anticipating movie last year!!! God, I LOVE this series!! And it still hasn’t lost its charm!!

This movie is a masterwork; and I think it will always be remembered as a classic. I watched it at theatre, dubbed in my native language (Italian), then decided I had to watch it again in the original one and did it on streaming; I also did it because I think it's one of those movies you must watch at least twice to fully appreciate it. I wasn't wrong: it's a tapestry, a fresco which uses an historical figure to explore the human mind and its intricacies in all details. Highly recommended.

Looking back at this movie, a lot has changed around San Diego. The scene where Georgie is riding in the back of the car wearing the Chargers helmet on Pacific Highway, the Convention Center and the Marriott Hotel wasn't built yet.

I watched this many times on HBO when I was a kid. I bought it on VHS about 20 years ago. I bought the Bluray last year from Walmart online.

5. The Deliverance: =admirable attempt by Lee Daniel's to delve into Christian horror. This film is ok, but I won't watch this again. I wished the characters were better written and that it didn't get stupid in some parts in the finale. #4. God's Not Dead: In God We Trust Almost 10 minutes into the movie before I called it quits, and all I got from it was more Christian propaganda. Unless Pinnacle Peaks change, which they probably won't, I refuse to watch anymore of their movies. I don't care anymore. I hope to God they stop making these movies because it's not as popular as it used to be 10 years ago. But, there's a good chance they will still make more of these movies. #3. The Front Room: =this movie is a slap in the face at Christians, making them look like jerks, intrusive, despicable. The movie is also gross. It's not even scary. I didn't read the book but just the summary, and Belinda is actually a Christian, but the movie portrays her as some more into paganism. Why the change? Why couldn't you let her stay as a Christian? #2. Mea Culpa: =wait for #1 for what I think about that movie #1. Divorce in the Black: For the love God, Tyler Perry, stop making rated R movies! You aren't good at it.

Great list, Zack! Madame Web and Borderlands are my two picks for worst of the year, garbage films. Joker 2 is also on my list, what a frustrating disappointment that was.

Deadpool & Wolverine was one of the worst movies I've seen in years, and by far the worst of the 3 Deadpool movies. Yeah, I get it that people are SUPPOSED TO like it because of their history with these actors as the characters, but this movie was a mess with a messy full kitchen sink of characters tossed in "just because" and a godawful villain who was doing who gives af what.

A movie like The Fall Guy shouldn’t be 2 hours long. Since it is, I haven’t seen it.

Was not super impressed with this movie after all the buildup for it. I feel like they speedran thru the dracula story events without really taking the time to let the audience experience the story. They just force fed us the events of the story with a little spice of some blood and shock scenes. Just not impressed with eggars creativity in this one. The cinematography is great. Aaron Taylor Johnson's acting was imo the best. Everyone else was a bit overacted. Orloks voice was cool. Not very shocked by orloks design. I give it a 71/100 Ps, I laughed a couple parts. The part where hutter climbs out the window with the dogs chasing him and immediately falls into the water lol. I laughed out loud. And the the crazy dude who ate the bird head. When he's cackling and running into the fog outside. I laughed lol. It was just funny. Fav eggars movie: the witch and then the lighthouse. Heard he's doing labyrinth next.

Unfortunately, Benjamin button is probably my favorite movie ever made😭
