Hi Minar.That is lovely. I would ssuggest you use seal chunky for a lightweight blanky.singe strand. You can double strand if you want a thicker one. If you want non acrylic yarn you can get a wide variety @eshe yarns . They have a wide variety.

Yes it is 4ply. You can use any chunky yarn.i advise seal.chunky.it is soft.
