1.) there is no way after adding nootz that the ph should be 7 - unless maybeeee you started with a high ph spring water …. 2.) you should never ever mix ph up or down straight into your solution - you neeeeed to mix 5-10 drops into 2-4 oz of water first . Stir it well & add a little at a time to your solution , shaking violently thereafter . And retest ph . 3.) for semi hydro or hydro ph should be adjusted to 5.75 - 5.8 .
