by uploading it to imgur and creative use of emojis to paste the link and bypass the filters. I've tried it before but i couldn't figure it out, maybe you'll have more luck. or make a youtube short with your painting and include a link in the description for the full picture. (this used to be easier 10 years ago, we didn't have this level of censorship)
