Welldone! Just a tip,you should always use your left hand to cover the glass,holding it at the top,it stops the maggi from flying out everywhere.You can do the same even when using mortal and pestle..Just place your left hand on top as cover and pound through the side, if you know what l mean.Cheers.❤

Hi! Yes, you can use shrimp from pretty much any store--fresh or frozen and thawed. I recommend medium to large or even jumbo shrimp.
