Great video. i have a 5 to 6 inch yuma and its attached to a small piece of rubble and kind of propped against my rockwork. Its never had a baby (that I know of) never split either! It huge and taking over rock! Does it have to be through the mouth? I think it would look wierd if I cut smaller ones through the mouth. One I acidentaly broke a piec off not at the mouth and the HUGE mom was fin but not sure what happened to th epiec that got broke off! Probably just got burried or something. Its purple with perfectly symmetrical orange bubbles coming down in a straight line from the mouth so I can barely see the purple anymore. Do oyu know if you can cut ecelctus jawbreakers and other types of JB and Godzilla?

Isn't it that eventually a mother coral that has been fragged multiple times, it would eventually die off due to how stressful being cut into pieces is?

always slide the blade, don't push it. sliding minimises the amount of pressure needed to make the cut so makes a cleaner cut for faster healing

Do you think its more handy to make the holes before asembling the tank? Or is it not possible to crack it?
@fragensteinreef2161
@fragensteinreef2161 Жыл бұрын
Drilling hole beforehand is a great idea, as long as you plan ahead and know where you want them. 1/2" cast Plexiglas is hard to Crack compared to glass.

Good explanation. I'm a little hesitant to dive into that level of complexity myself. Maybe I'm just getting lazy as I get older. All through the video I was wondering what the calcium reactor shifted your tank water PH level to.
