Are you able to convert a jpeg picture of a plane plan I found to DXF file?

Another great video! One thing that would be useful when we are trying to learn by replicating your guidance: add a link to the blueprint you are using! And one more thing: you have already done it, but only partially: create an A to Z video, with modelling, creating the STL, printing the pieces, assembling them and flying !

You should’ve draw the horizontal line running through the profile to help line up the profiles, it’s a reference line just like the vertical center line.

A section drawn just in front of the cockpit will be required. It will also be necessary to draw a line under the cockpit showing the top of the fuselage without the cockpit.

When you started, why did you skip profile b? Are you simplifying for speed over accuracy? I'm not saying that the selected 3 view is particularly accurate, but there must have been a reason for the author to have included b.
@cadbuildflyrc378411 күн бұрын
You can add it if you want and going for super scale. I left it out for speed.

Another great video, I was always wondering if it was a good idea to follow the fuselage sections shown in all these airplane blueprints so you can get an accurate model. So far so good, please show us how you are going to finish the entire fuselage especially the intake that seems very challenging. Thank you again for teaching us F360 for RC airplanes.

For the wing, you should stick to a hollow wing so you can make the wing spars correct? Instead of a solid wing. Thank you for another awesome video.
@cadbuildflyrc378418 күн бұрын
You can use a solid or hollow for the wing. Both would work for making the wing ribs.
