I bought a $50 weekly parking permit on 30.3.24. On 31.3.24 I wanted to pay for my time visiting my husband. (I have been coming daily since Feb 11th!!) BUT when I scanned the permit I am told it is INVALID!! I put ALL the info into the pay machine for a 2nd time, BUT same result my permit was INVALID! I was LIVID so went back to the foyer to ask the ladies there how come it is INVALID? One of the ladies there came to the machine in the garage with me to check. Well we put the info in again, SAME RESULT INVALID!!!!!! We pressed the HELP button and spoke to a lady who said I must drive to the boom gate and press the HELP word there. I pressed the HELP word 3 times before finally speaking to another lady. I told her my story, she said she would open the gate, but I must tell them (which I had already done so twice, in the foyer and on the phone in the garage!) By now someone was BEHIND me (the 2nd boom gate was NOT working for 2 days) and she was asking me something, (couldn't hear properly). By now I had STEAM coming out of my ears!!! I had done everything I could to make my life easier and IT DID NOT WORK!!!! I am dreading leaving tomorrow on 1st April!!! I do not want to be an APRIL FOOL!!!!!!! Janet
