Dr.Hassan, Thank you for your helpful videos and very reliable information that you provide. I have a request if you could create another video or make a remark to clarify for me and all your viewers (mostly in Muslim divorce cases) about the exact number and the name of the law where it states that being unemployed does not mean being excused from not paying maintenance support for child. As some of the parents (fathers) consider this as an excuse not to support the child in case of their job loss. As well it would be helpful to have a more detailed explanation from your respected channel about what happens to the parents who hide their incomes and possessions and violate the law of personal status of the UAE. In cases of verbal, mental, psychological, and physical abuse, you may be entitled to seek divorce as these acts may be considered grounds for divorce. The father is responsible for providing for his children's essential needs, including food, clothing, shelter, medical care, and education. If your husband is not fulfilling these obligations, you may have the right to enforce them through legal means. I just want to ask , We file a case to a Real estate company earlier in RERA, most of the evidence and proof were on the whatsapp messages. Real estate told us to vacate the bldg because the bldg was sold. Our contract was until Nov yet the management told us that we are only until May. Thats why we left the bldg. the New real estate promised us that they will return the deposit and cheque we paid for 1month. However it happened that they dont want to cancel our tenancy contract and dont do anything to give us our deposit and cheque as what we discuss before. Most of the proof were on whatsapp. Please tell me if our case is strong? Please tell me what else to do.
