Oooooof! I was a show-controller in the mid-80s (old stunt show). I can't believe they sent actress Missy Reeves up on that thing when Days of Our Lives filmed there in 1991.

So glad we have youtube to re-live these memories from when we were kids. Back then Universal had a bigger focus on shows and guest experience. Now its all rides-driven. Wish they'd bring something like this back with the budget of today.

Think I just might recognize Robert Shook, here. (He was on the Knott’s Berry Farm stunt team, back when I started there, in late October’87.) Universal actually got several of the guys from Knott’s, back in the day. BTW… Any footage of Jay Mead? He was absolutely a dear friend/bro (Even had me sing at his wedding.), who suffered a major head injury, performing a fall, at “the Farm”. (& eventually died, about 21 years after.😔) I recall Jay coming to my home, eager to share his first “Riot Act” performance video with me, & I would really like to find footage of him, from the Riot Act show. Thanks!

Yes, that is Shook! Unfortunately, I do not have any footage of Jay doing the show at Universal but I did upload him doing a show at Knotts with Steve Burhoe and Dave Thompson, its on my channel. Shook, Jay, Steve and all those guys inspired me to get into performing. I was doing a show at Magic Mountain in 1994 when I heard of Jay's accident.

I believe there is a channel, where it can be viewed, in his name. (BTW… That’s a too huge me, singing “Bring Him Home”, at his Mom’s request. Jay & I double dated at Les Miserables, with our potential ex wives who, if memory serves, we both met at the Farm. (I was doing the Hanging’90 show with Jay & Shook, at the time.) Thanks again, & best to you! (BTW… I also worked at Magic Mountain, but in the Summer of’84-ish.)

this stunt show is pretty nice! I like the bullet hit effect on the motorcycle and the 'driverless' batmobile, and the skaters. It seems all of Six Flags' Batman stunt shows were great! Batman and Robin as a movie though...well...😅

I wasn't actually in this show. My buddy Lee Whittaker was though. He does the front flip on the roller blades. Incredible athlete/ Stuntman!

Wow, today I learned that the german agent comes back to drive the motorcycle in scene 3 (atleast in this version/choreo of the show) This was the equivalent of learning that V1 comes back to drive the flower van in Lights, Motors, Action😂
