Doing rest is best way to relax your calves apart from this you can also use mustard oil on calves and then rinse off it with hot water you instantly get some relief thx❤
@jonmackay_TSD7 ай бұрын
If you’ve actually strained your calf, please, please don’t stretch it until you’ve fully rehabilitated it. Stretching it will cause more micro-tears near the injury site, and will lengthen the time to heal.
@vinzpetilla31914 ай бұрын
what's best thing to do to my strained calf to shorten the healing time?
@jonmackay_TSD3 ай бұрын
@@vinzpetilla3191 1. Don’t ice it. Keep it warm and get blood flow to it. 2. Strength train your calf’s. Use a 2-3 x per week protocol for the first 3 weeks, then 1-2 x per week protocol thereafter. Also, don’t stop strength work on your calf’s after you’ve healed. You are more likely to re-injure the same calf if you neglect strength work.

I was going to buy sidekick tool for Black Friday, but then you guys increased your prices to make it look like you were having a Black Friday sale…the prices are now more expensive than they were originally with the Black Friday sale. People aren’t dumb….
@SidekickTool Жыл бұрын
Hi, we totally get the confusion - sorry about that! Black Friday prices will only reflect once the code BF2023 is applied at checkout. For example, once the code is applied, the Personal PT bundle will go for $199 (20% off from the original $249) when it was previously $212 (15% off from the original $249). So you'll see even lower prices than what we had before. Any more questions about prices, feel free to shoot us an email at [email protected]. Thank you for your feedback, we'll definitely make it more clear on the website!

The Strigil (stleggis / stlegida) was an object used by athletes in Greek and Roman times. It helped to remove sweat, dust and oil from the body of the athlete, especially after the sport events. In ancient Greece, it was used by both men and women, as it was purely hygienic. For their construction, various materials were used, most commonly iron and mainly copper, and the owner's or the manufacturer's name was often engraved on the handle. Stigils have been used extensively in ancient Greek sports since the beginning of the 6th century B.C. until the late Roman era. Handmade copy in solid brass with natural patina on an acrylic base.
