LosersQ is not only mental problem. I had periods of time when I stopped playing after 3 loses and it didn't help. Sometimes its like a losers week. However, I played quite good with 3+ KDA and decent farm. The problem was that by min 15 my score was like 0-0-0 or 2-0-0, but my teammates already had like 0-6-0 and 0-5-0 at bot lane or 0-8-0 jungler etc. And the enemy team was usually 10+ kills ahead by the time lane phase ends. I play top lane Nasus and not able to help them early on. My goal is to outscale and destroy enemy laner at min 12-15, but the game was always lost by my teammates till this point. I was not even mad at them because they ruined the game. I was mad at the matchmaking system that worse teammates into my team one game after another.

Don’t agree with this at all, if you want to get higher than diamond you need to be playing the game all day and all night full time. No job. No life. Nothing going on. If you’re high diamond. You’ve completed league and learned 99.9% of everything about the game. The rest just comes from grinding and grinding. Some people have time and some people don’t

This sounds all good and great. Then your 20 kills adc gets 1 tapped by fizz/noc/lee/malphite mid late game, and drop a 1k bounty. You "extend the trade" and you get rekt by jg and now jg 1v5s games over. You extend the trade, gp pushes R, you lose lane. You extend the trade, enemy team backs off and lets you get free farm, and then..... nothing you do nothing. I love you trying to describe playing optimally. Especially how seraphine should be positioned in the bush to actually get the all in. Something samira needs. The all in range. FAct is adcs are trash stop playing them.
