locking the gear with lvl is alright, helps save a whale from take lvl25 as their first tiles

if you get a new commander and have a commander you aren't using at a high level you can just switch to instantly lvl up the new commander for the exp switch

Settlements is in the game but it’s not in this campaign. Worked in TE the last one we were in. Missed it by 1 season haha

I am glad you are trying the troops build with wk! 😆 If you don't mind I will try and give you some tips of what I found would be best. You need commanders to be R9 to get the full 15% extra troop damage. Since everyone uses medium units (horses) you need either large or medium yourself, otherwise Dain on horses wrecks your troops (beacuse of counter mechanic) before they even tickle the enemy with gil's evasion and white council. The best option is more a hybrid build, so troop and commander damage, pure troops commanders need more in their kit to be useful. I am trying a troop build focusing on increasing the damage stat and percentage skills rather than buffing attack. The build is Mouth of Sauron, Gothmog, Lathar and Gorbag using raiders, seems good but I don't have good gear to properly test.

Out of curiosity what’s with the 0 refines on the command gear comamnd scaling has been buffed so much after 2.5 it’s what makes the tanks work like Gil

12:50 To answer your quesiton: It depends on what kind of server you play. On Rebuilding Glory, there are no settlement styles (I believe). However, on Tactics Evolved and Rings of Power, you can change your settlement style

Torin is fantastic with units full r3and new r5 give over 30k demage to another comander...so vs evil Torin,Isildur,Gil,Elrond or Falgin

I just started playing the game yesterday. I got to the forge that you have to repair with the 3 parts and barely fought off the horde, but I did not see a black diamond anywhere. Then later, I found myself at the bottom of the Mine and am unable to figure out how to get back up near the top where my base is located. I suppose I could let them kill me and respawn???

Stack Focus on GtW followed by Command as second important stat. No need for any initiative anymore.

Great to have you back ATME! The game is a lot more interesting now after recent updates imo. A couple of quick thoughts on your commanders...three support & 1 DD works best when you have Zenith Dain with fully refined gear. If he's not doing close to 200K each fight you'll be drawing every time. Using a second DD that can help clear WC is really beneficial. Saruman and the Shadow are best for this. You'll see a lot of GtW, Sauron, Saruman/Shadow, Beorn/Dain comps.

I recomended unit defence also ok DD … its good they stay alive longer

Saruman got a huge buff and has became one of the top meta coms paired with Dain and beorn, worth trying if you can most of my team runs him now
