Lot of methheads in there. Roads are horrible. Used to be a nice sub. I grew up only a mile from there. My best friend lived with his dad there in one of the nicest waterfront homes back in 80-90s my high school years and a lot of classmates in there then

I've thought about doing this. The land there is literally dirt cheap. My two apprehensions are flash flooding and the proximity to the border. I'm sure you guys don't see another soul out there 99% of the time though.

Hi. I just bought land just south of sunset ranches. What company did you guys use to flatten the dirt out there? I just don't even know where to begin. I found a guy in New Mexico that will do an acre for $6,500, but I feel like I could get it done cheaper. Thanks.

You can get water in Sierra Blanca. There is a monthly fee and you haul it yourself, or you can have a well.
