True. Be clear in speaking and to stress with feeling on the theme of your subject (ideas to convey). Speak with sincerity. Have eye contact-- eyes connecting in second(s) with a few in your audience when speaking publicly. This is definitely will entice people -- particularly when making a presentation.

This takes patience, especially with the English language. English definitely requires a bit more focus, unless you're speaking slang or heavy accents
