David’s physical therapist testified at the trial and said he was at least hobbled at the time of the disappearance. In addition, David coworker testified to seeing the reinjury of the knee before the disappearance and the physical therapist said David required additional surgery after Karen disappeared. In my opinion, the biggest piece of information about the knee injury stuff is that the physical therapist testified that he was never questioned until 2018, 7 years after the murder! IMO not even the prosecutors truly believe that he faked the injury, they just got politically pressured to bring a case and brought one full of speculation and dishonest assertions.

Joe, I noticed something on the latest bail application for Heuermann that people are missing or I believe mistaken as to the victim Heuermann was writing about. According to the bail app that details Heuermann's how to note's, which were written in 2000 and last edited in '04, he has a section about targerts and there were 2 targets and only one had a name. It said the name "Megan ?". When I see this mentioned every news agency and KZbin channel says this is Megan Waterman. This seems like the obvious answer until I remembered this document had been untouched since 04, Megans disappearance and murder didn't take place for several years. I think that would imply there's most likely another Megan that was murdered by him, or he at least attempted to murder another Megan.

Looks like they found documents on a computer or device that was like his notes about what to do on his next murders and quotes from "Mind Hunter" by John Douglas. Documents also mentioned torture instruments and other notes on how to get more enjoyment from and prolonging the next encounters. It's so vile
