It's a shame you cant set up affiliate marketing for free I was looking into doing this from my phone but the only sites I found expect you to pay fees at some point but I'd definitely be interested in doing this in the future

Actually it does not! The rest are staying high bc those greedy corporations hold most of the inventory thereby shorting supply.

@@samu3813 Assuming you meant 'rates' and not 'rest. Rates are NOT dictated by home ownership at all. They are set by the Fed and then mortgage rates are based off of that. Higher interest rates means it is more expensive to borrow money. Corporations depend on borrowing money at cheap rates in order to purchase more and make profits. When interest rates are higher, money is no longer cheap and they cannot borrow as much profitably. Also, while I agree 100% that corporations should not be owning single family homes and their ownership of them IS a problem, your statement that they hold 'most' of the inventory is factually inaccurate.

@fictitiousnightmares maybe the interpretation here is on the word corporations. By corporations, I am referring to investors. BTW 2020 and now, the % of investors gobbling up residential real estates have skyrocketed. Take the influx in FL and TX as an example. Most of those homes I see have changed hands multiple times. Yes, when rates are high, capital is expensive. But are you considering the influx of cash from investors who are moving their investments, say from a CA market to FL? I know a few people who sold a $2m house in CA and bought 6 in FL with CASH! They dont need loans. At the time, the current homes that they are flipping now for 600k -700k were going for 350k. My point is that there is a shortage of supplies, and there doesn't seem to be a huge shortage of cash, so rates are holding high to starve inflation and that's barely abetting.

Hey Ewa, I failed my R02 for the second time on Saturday. First time by 2 marks, this time by 4 marks. Have you got any tips on how I can push my grades up, on the CII mocks I consistently hit 80 marks so I don’t know what else I can do

Hey sorry to hear that! For me it was understanding the material as it can be a little heavy so look for resources outside of the study text to support your learning on the areas you’re not too confident on

@@bookaholic1888 hey! I passed on my third attempt, I used BTS revision mate mock exams and these got me through it. Not only are they easy to access on your phone, but they give you the actual reasoning why the answer is correct without having to go back into your book and simplifys it down. Helped me massively and couldn’t recommend it more

I litterly had to find the seller on social media for her to push her solicitor to complete. Had our money for 3 days and my solicitor was going to request the money back. 9 days before Xmas all the pushing from us paid off and they finally completed. If it wasnt for me and my wife going to extreme measures I still think we would be waiting to complete now.

Got mortage in December, spoke to you before going for a mortage and your advice was exceptional Ewa. Didnt end up using you but without speaking to initially about what needed to be done, I wouldn't have the house I have now
