Rear camera is supposed to be in a tilted downwards position allowing clear albeit partial visibility of bumper in display. This tilted placement allows it to see exactly what is behind the car bumper and guidelines will also be aligned properly. Fixing cam on bumper will create a blindspot and we might only be able to get live feed of objects more than 1mtr behind. Further guidelines will be misaligned as we can see in the video which destroys the purpose of fixing it in first place. Don't get it installed in this manner.

Mr.Jawesh , it is very good teaching as I drive my own car Baleno on high way when my expert sons are beside me. But in busy, narrow road still I am in great fear specially for left side judgement. As per steering left & right wheel positions you have explained. But for ORVM, overtaking any light/heavy vehicles /any object extra how much inches to be taken for save driving ? Thank you.
