Yeah so it would be appropriate for you to put “The Meters” in the title as opposed to attributing this to Pino.

SPOT ON! Well done, man. This is note for note, perfect! If you haven't heard the Chuck interview with Rick Beato, you have to hear Chuck tell the story of how Becker and Fagen were adamant about him not slapping and how Chuck 'snuck it in' ...great stuff! Very funny.

It is a great pleasure to know and hear Rosa King. My acquaintance happened by chance in Varna, I bought an LP, on the cover there was an aunt with a saxophone, I was interested. I listened and fell in love... With her voice, timbre, and musicality. Thank you. I always listen to our Rosa with love. To the relatives and friends of the musicians, good health and good memories of the time when jazz united the people...

You sound amazing but I think on the original track the bass player used a Precision type bass with roundwound strings, I could be mistaken.
@LeauBass10 ай бұрын
Thank you, the original doesn't sound as a P-bass to me. However, I don't mean to copy exactly...just playing the groove with a bit of me...;-)
@kennyblackbird567410 ай бұрын
@@LeauBass Yeah you're right it's probably not a P bass. 70's Music Man Stingray perhaps?

Nice tone, deep and mellow. Whats your settings, chain?

I really don’t remember the settings but this Fender Jazz has Aero pickups and a John East j-retro preamp on board and going directly into a Neve DI
