A true fact apparently Sarah Purcell went on Harry Blackstone's Buzzsaw illusion for that show as well, but it didn't air because the one take recorded, producers deemed at the last minute, Sarah's genuine terrified demeanor during the performance was too shocking to keep in and dropped it from the edit, even though pre show promotionals advertised Sarah would experience being sawed in half by Harry Blackstone.

Somebody informed me they are called Rudy and Tia and were an Eastern European act who lived and performed for a time in Australia. We now think this dates around the mid 1990's.

@@dttruman No that's a different act, although they have a similar look. The BuzzSaw is different as well although again they are modelled on similar designs.

Kovari started the routine by making supposed holes in the lady's front and back with a 'drill'; this might have seemed too violent for the show, but they could have done the 'don't try this at home' business. Mulhern and Willoughby should have done this sort of thing much more often on the series

Also, notice the awkward moment and a laugh when Mulhern mistakingly mentioned its proper name "Passing Water" which I assume they must have pre-discussed substituting milk for as it was less likely to be associated with the bodily waste function. I totally agree, apart from this I believe they only performed a "Heads off illusion" together during the whole run on these live Saturday morning shows. Some great opportunities never realised for what would have been classic, fun, and treasured illusion performances. Especially for a show like this, aimed at kids with its cheeky nod to adults tuning in as well. Twenty years on, I don't think they'd even consider a kid's show like this anymore?
