Nashable's supposed "You learn if Evil Steve is good" ability made me think of a weird potential ability, sort of in the vein of the children's game Duck Duck Goose. Maybe something like, "Each night*, choose a player. You learn the alignment of three players who are sitting in a row, one of whom is the player you chose." So in Game 2, if you choose Joseph, you might learn the alignments of Joseph, Rick, and Evil Steve (good good evil), or you might learn Joe, Joseph, and Rick (good good good), or you might learn John, Joe, and Joseph (evil good good), so long as they are in a row and Joseph is one of them. Not sure if it should allow the ST to say the alignments in counterclockwise order or not, but I think the alignments should be said in row order at least.

Steve's demon idea was very similar to the Barrow-Fog.

THIS is why I love the boffin. I always kind of disliked the virgin. It was too powerful, too mechanically confirmable. Now, you can’t be sure. The virgin might be the demon.

Calculating the odds of Joe being the demon, is not totally correct. Sure, in the grand scheme it is correct, for instance if there are 18144 game then you'd expect that Joe would be the demon at least 4 times. That's what the 1/4536 odds says. The mistake people make is that they think that previous games have affect on the chance of something happening, which is just not true. The chance of Joe being the demon is 1 in 9 in every game, because there are 9 people and only one can be the demon.

Game 2: Plen really needed to claim recluse when publicly asked to push pressure on the saint. but honestly this experiment just pushed towards the beauty of clocktower that you can have the same setups over and over and get wildly different games based on who drew what token and what people believe

Joseph and him clinging onto the answer he got for his Artist question as being total truth is a great example of how damaging it is for the good team to believe everything. Specially if you tunnel vision into it, and someone (like Mikey) just out of the blue confirms it by made up information which isn't backed up.

Man, the info for Randall being the demon was all there. It just couldn't be No Dashi, because Brockwell was executed and Meredith getting "the Demon didn't vote" and then dying the next night. I think they just forgot that no one died 1st night.

Night camera's off is more in line with the IRL game, because everyone has their eyes closed at night.

Because it was asked at some point, found the answer about the microphone indicators! The old talk indicator was tied to the former circular avatars. When they swapped to squares, they didn't have a similar indicator quite ready, so the microphone was the next best option determined. It does look like updating it so the squares get highlighted to reflect the same voice reflection that the chat circles did, but it's not a simple process it seems. At least that's what I gathered reading through the Patreon Discord discussions between bra1n and some others on it

Trying to follow this magician rule. Why would you not try and take the demon right away, and then demand the town execute you? It broadcasts to the minions who the magician is, but...so what?
