Jolie mélodie, jolis arrangements. Un peu de douceur dans ce monde de bruts. Bravo. LA FRANCE vous attends.

Here’s my version of the song Title: "Down in the Country" Verse 1 (Pop-Rock): I'm feelin' alive, electric energy Pulse racin', heart beatin' like a drum machine I'm headed down to the country, where the sun shines bright Gonna leave my worries behind, gonna ignite Chorus (Country-Pop): Down in the country, where the air is fresh and free I'm gonna find my peace, with Trent Black and me We'll ride these country roads, with the wind in our hair Down in the country, that's where we'll find our care Verse 2 (Rap): Yo, listen up, I got a story to tell 'Bout a place where the country roads meet the city's hell Trent Black's got the flow, and I'm feelin' the vibe We're sippin' on cold beers, and the music's gettin' right Chorus (Country-Pop): Down in the country, where the air is fresh and free I'm gonna find my peace, with Trent Black and me We'll ride these country roads, with the wind in our hair Down in the country, that's where we'll find our care Bridge (Rock): We'll drive all night, with the radio on Singin' along to our favorite country songs We'll dance under the stars, with our feet in the sand Feelin' alive, with the music in our hands Verse 3 (Country-Rap): Trent Black said to me, "Hey there, Mr. I've got a beer for me and you" I said, "That's mighty kind, Trent, I'll take one too" We cracked open the cold ones, and let out a cheer It's not a party, till we've got 10 more beers! Chorus (Country-Pop): Down in the country, where the air is fresh and free I'm gonna find my peace, with Trent Black and me We'll ride these country roads, with the wind in our hair Down in the country, that's where we'll find our care Outro (Pop-Rock): So if you ever need me, you know where I'll be Down in the country, with Trent Black and me We'll be sippin' on cold beers, and livin' life at ease Down in the country, where our hearts can breathe.

The story of Nash hits kinda close as I know a vet back in the states that is 'alone' and just can't connect with anyone. I'm not even sure if he is still alive. He'd be about 80 now. You see him, but then again, you don't.

The guitarist’s feeding off each other’s energy gives it a real early Lynyrd Skynyrd vibe! Hell of a tune. You ol’ boys were gettin’ down with that shit!! This band is HOT 💥🎶🎼💪🏻

Let me keep this in context, no one ever gives a f*%k what I think about anything but I have to say that the last few minutes of Looking Glass are the most beautifully perfectly confusing absolute mass of music that I have ever heard...no matter how many times I listen, I can't hear all the layers at once...yet I keep going back to try to capture it in my mind because it is so perfectly messy and beautiful...full, vibrant, ethereal and lovely. Well done. I cannot hear it enough times.
