Truly a wonderful experience of being able to get insight by the Director herself . She was so humble and supportive about the interview and she made sure she poured her heart out which you can hear out too . I am so exited and supportive about her future visions . SSPL group really has some thoughtful plans and I am sure they will make great name and presence in Pune real estate market .

Seems you're not very comfortable with English but you're forcing it on yourself and in that endeavour you're providing misinformation. Like you mentioned the kitchen platform is L-shaped parallel. Its either L-shaped or parallel never both.

Such a delayed, overhyped, over promised, overpriced builder and project… just a paid PR video 😢 Didn’t fall into purvankara trap in 2016 during pre launch, would have wasted my life’s 8 years 😅

I agree Sir, it’s delayed due to unavoidable reasons but the builder has been responsible enough to deliver the product both in terms of amenities and construction a quality product. All amenities are up and running . Please do visit the site, I will be glad to help you.

Thanks preeti. I have another perspective to share with you. Do you know that some agents pressurise to buy a property 😅 There have been numerous examples where in there has been tremendous pressure from agents on clients to buy the flat... despite of saying not interested or saying I am also shortlisting another options agents will call you multiple times and sometimes you might miss the important phone calls.. I respect agents for their services, however this is a perspective that I wanted to share... take care 🙂

Dear Sir, I respect your honest feedback, you are 100% right, this is the difference between educative agent & normal agents. You always should go with RERA certified professional agents. They will taken your permission first to talk to you. If anyone is calling continuously, you have full rights to complain about that agent on MAHA RERA.
