You can also mix silicone with white spirit then brush it on then let it dry ,the white spirit will evapourate leaving the silicone

so for anyone getting this tent, get another bag about the same size for repacking. It's a nightmare to fit back in the original bag. I just use that bag for the main tent and another one the same size for everything else and it's soo much easier to pack up.

Thanks for a great review and test! Have a few things to add. You have loops on the sides of the outer rain cover that you must tie ropes, cords in. You must then stretch these ropes out so that you get a proper gap between the outer tent and the inner tent. Why? Because then the interior air circulates properly and there is no interior condensation. You can also use an extra footprint mat (can be from some , cheaper, waterproof plastic) under the tent floor as extra protection for the floor against stones, sharp sticks and also condensation from the ground. This should be 5 cm shorter from the outside of the inner tent so that water is not drawn in from the outside to under the tent floor. I camped on the west coast of Sweden, on a high cliff about 30 meters from the sea, in this tent. It was a pure storm, 17 seconds/meter. It rained like cats and dogs from five in the evening until seven in the morning, 12 hours non-stop. Not a drop of water in the tent. I should (modify) buy collapsible lightweight aluminum tent pegs from Ali or Amazon instead of these plastic ones. Don't completely trust plastic. Can't quite remember, think they were 2.5 - 3,5 meters long. Two. The fixing pegs for the ground are available to buy externally, long, wide semi-round for sandy beach or snow. Aluminum or special plastic. Triangular, longer for normal soft soil. Greetings from Sweden!
