Problem is we as Indians have been so engraved into the services sector that the higher ups agree to every whims and wishes the international client makes, hence, Narayan Murthy's 70 hours a week comment because Infosys has a majority of international clients and they yess to every demands for excellent services. Sad but true

If we changed the message then we can influence the people. The color of the painting was changed through the way he asked for 5000 crore because he was intimated by her capability and the way she held presence. His actions represented his weakness in his ability to show respect to fair financial compromises based for her existence and not working through a compromise that would mean 1500 crore that seems fit for this context. But the story isn't about this narrator, but if we talk about how we use words we can pivot away from stereotypes and lean into words that would mean influential stability and presence and allow ourselves to hold our positions in life through maturity by our ability to see better and do better from out past, present, and future mistakes
