Loved the Sensi Non Sensi bit. Such wisdom with a lot of common sense and patience - rare quality in today's entrepreneurs who are celebrating funding rather than profits/IPO returns after an year.

I think you should check whether you're GETTING LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES OR NOT
It depends on what you do. If you join big companies and do nothing then you learn nothing other than a glorified resume. Same with startups

I disagree. I don't think this has anything to do with the smartness of GenZ I believe it's working because of the social media presence of the brand. Influencers on Instagram and KZbin are extremely powerful tools right now. Feedback from people I follow on social media, whom I watch atleast 10 times a day seems more authentic than random people wearing white coats promoting the same product on the TV. It's not the products (not always) but the way we consume ads which has changed a lot.

Tanmay actually had alot of pratical experience. Because if you see his old podcast he used to puch creater to create brand but now with experience his viewpoint has changed to make money with work in which you are good.
You and your panel got me hooked for full 2 hours and 19 mins Shantanu !! I have been exploring getting into the franchise side of QSR and this conversation was extremely insightful in context of the domain !!
