I have adrenal insufficiency I will be on steroids for the rest of my life. What you describe is me exactly so am I low on cortisol do I need to take more steroids because I am miserable with this pain.

My husband has wegner's and he is on steroids since 3 years now.. he's only 35 and we are so worried how the life would be this way.. we live in pakistan.. a third world country with very less proper knowledge about this disease among docs.. please suggest how to know how much vitamin he need to recover? I have a gut feeling this disease is the result of vital vitamins deficiency. Please help

Do you do virtual consultations? I have low Phosphorus levels which is odd because it's abundant in a lot of foods we eat. Also struggling with dry hair and skin despite not being deficient in vitamins and minerals that benefit the skin.
