your piloting skills are so bad they're criminal. Hiring pilots: any dweeb on a dock will do. Hire them for the agreed upon price, if you can afford them. Give them seminars and get their skills to level 5. Done..

haha yes, I hate playing flight simulator with Keyboard xD I believe this video was early in my gameplay, did level up my pilots in my fleet before later on

Make with enter all turrets aiming towards your enemies target so you have the fire at one point - likely destroy the engines first and then you can easy take them out The big destroyers of them are easy that way. Once the engines are dead they need 30 minutes to repair. Then take out the shield generators and boom haha

@resyelgaming you can shoot first from 10k distance if you want or closer than the flak turrets don't hit you if you want and take out them as next....and then the shield generators. I don't waste any of fighters to get against them....only destroyers with a range to target only about 7-10k km

I swapped out all but 1 of those L beams for Plasmas in the rear batteries, and Pulses in the forward batteries. Kept 1 L beam on the ventral fwd right battery, solely to bolster the weaker anti-fighter defense o my ventral side. She's much meaner to the droids now. Don't even need the beam.

I'm guessing this is an older version, the Ks and Is are a bit more aggressive about getting into firing position in 7.10, and won't just hang around to get zeroed like this anymore.

Really enjoy the game,I just wish you had some sort of mount .walking around a big map and bumping into a enemy every 30 seconds gets tiresome fast . The map is poor aswell.Apart from that it's a decent game lol.

Yeah, it can be tedious walking everwhere. I tend to use oxe cart a lot, and I've put down multiple portcrystal at places it would be natural to have portcrystal or go often for boss fights. I myself kinda enjoy the slow paste exploration

Honestly its a wonder the terrans cant wipe out the xenon on their own with weapons like this

I believe I saw it once that they wiped out the xenon in Savage Spur II, and established themselves there. They also bought a lot of terran ships from my HQ, including multiple asgards and syns. Most of the time the AI is not enough to wipe them out

I agree, I really enjoyed playing through this one for sure. Yeah that's why I have a break now from SWTOR, cos I know the next one is a bit underwhelming. Will come back to SWTOR to play through it on a later date.

Leliana is hardened in any case. No matter what path you take in Origins. She and Alistair are hardened by life In inquisition you have to choice to soften her or not

I didn't finish this playthrough yet, been some time since I've played DAI. May go back to it soon though. I believe I saw once an overview of all the different endings here on youtube

If Leliana died in Origins she vanishes, literally. If she doesn't become Divine she trains several recruits to be the next Spymaster. If she does become Divine while Hardened she'll put the Chantry in the faithful lane but anyone who even secretly questions her will die. If she's Divine and softened, like this, she takes the faithful lane and survives countless assassination attempts. The attempts only convince her more than she's leading the Chantry in the right direction. Personal opinion is that she is because without Leliana or Cassandra the Chantry is a place that drugs Templars with Lyrium so they can abuse Mages and because Mages are feared or hated the Chantry are looked at as heroes. In Veilguard literally NONE OF THAT matters.

When you are just someone looking at this fight, i must say it seems pretty boring. The enemy capital ships are not moving, just waiting one after another to get shot by the argards maingun. Well, as a player, when all your progress leads you to the super destroyer, dominating evereyone else, you get rewarded with some satisfaction. The AI having difficultys in proper use of capital ships explains why x-rebirth was locking the player to one ship, because once you have a fight similar to the one shown in the video, you notice the incompetence of the AI. The space fights in x3-Albion Prelude were much more entertaining. Much more turret fire to look at and there was the requirement to actualy dodge enemy supression fire of capital ships because it was often not possible to outrange your enemys. More excotic weapons in the past. Enemy missile fregates were deadly. The emotion fear seems to be missing in x4 Foundation fights. At least x4 Foundation is reworking the designe of capital ships. The first version of the Odysseus is a bathtube.

This fight looks like this because Asgard is out of range and all the ships shown are slow. The camera perspective distorts the image a lot. In a larger crowd the fights are dynamic. Besides, as I mentioned in another post, there is no reason to use the beam weapon, which is mounted on the Asgard npc just so that it does not cause too much damage, until the player grows up to fight Xenon. The player's Asgard should have range, and it is provided by the Paranid plasma weapon. To take down fighters, two medium flak cannons are enough.

Its not surprising that Egosoft locked the Asgard off from the player until they have their own Shipyard (mid-late game). That main battery not only shreds every ship in the game, but also trivializes destroying space stations as well. The most fun I had was combing this with 2 Raptors. It made farming components from Xenon stress free :)

It would be too broken early on. When you have the finance and ability to build the Asgard you don't really need it haha. I use it only for fun some times.

@@resyelgaming Asgard and Syn armed with plasma have a range similar to the main cannon and do equal damage with them, demolishing everything around. They have two Flak Cannons to destroy fighters.

Don't think you need all of them. So you have some chances to get the items. Also you can reload if it all goes wrong

Ah yeah the Asgard. The ship who broke the entire game. . . hes fun to play, but as soon you have it, you can say gg and uninstale your game cause you'll do anything solo without support without even trying and for some people its makes the whole game boring. Its like activating a cheat code tbh

It's a late game ship, has you need to build it yourself. At that point you should have enough finance and fleet that you don't really need the Asgard. If I want to do missions or stories I usually use lesser ships so that it's more challenging
