Although I think this was really well made, I think it doesn't fit what the horror of this animatronics have, the Game Over screen from FNAF 1 is perfect, showing us the outcome of our failure with a simple shot of our main character inside the costume with their eyes popping out, that's all you need, part of the horror is how we don't know how this robots did this, but they did. The cutscene would ruin that feeling and make it just like any other gory horror game, FNAF doesn't need blood to work, it absolutely should have when it's necessary, but the level of gore is unnecessary, takes away from what's unsettling and gives into disturbance, which isn't bad, but makes FNAF less iconic and more generic. This is my opinion and I understand if others disagree, you're very welcome to debate why you agree or disagree 👍
