It sounds like you made the classic mistake. If you gut it, you’ll never use it. In the GMC community, they say clean it, make it usable, then GO CAMPING. That will set the hook.

@@snarkmark2806 it was 90% gutted when we bought it and the remaining 10% was moldy. Unfortunately it was our only option. Hopefully the gentleman that bought it brought it back and is using it

Man they really dropped the ball from 60 to 61. My 1960 F100 instrument cluster is a work of art the 1961 is so ugly in comparison.

Glad to see you guys back at it with the Scout. Coming along nicely. BTW,, American auto wire makes a really nice wiring kit for Scouts. Pricey but seems very organized.

@@ConnieJohnson-f7v it’s an American Autowire kit. Some of the difficulty is I’m not familiar enough with Scouts. The other issues are with the kit. It lost connection with the inside turn indicator and the front turn lamp. The supplied lights don’t fit the dash holders. Things that really slow progress.

@@ivanvilla3267 they came off a Jeep JL. The fronts I made perches but the rears lined up well with the stock Scout perches
