Thank you! And for the car, I only used it when we went to Leavenworth:) the first 2 days we walked since our hotel is near by all the places we wanted to visit ☺️

Did you need snow chains to drive around? Or to the mountains? I’ve never driven in the snow and I’m a little nervous on what to expect lol!!

We didn’t need snow chains. If I remember correctly, I think commercial trucks are the only ones that are mandated to have them on when driving during snow season. But we drove an AWD SUV just for extra support. Just like when it rains, just drive nice and steady. The road workers are also pretty active in making sure that highways are safe to drive in when it snows.

It was very cold maybe < 30F / 10F since we went there in January, so it pretty much snowed most of time especially in the mountain areas (west 70). But as long as you bring thick jackets you’ll be fine:)
