Once you use these, you will never use any other brand! They are heavy duty, haven’t been bent or damaged, and still give me a fine looking yard. I’ve been using the same blades for the past 3 or 4 years, just sharpening them once a year, because I’m too old to change them more often! My mower loves them and so does my yard! They do a great job, when my neighbors yard is too long and thick, and leave a mess. These are some of the best money I’ve spent on my yard! Blades make the mowing job, and the mower, look professional! They take the strain off the mower, and save gas, by doing the job faster! I’ve even chopped up corn cobs on the edge of my property, that were left over from harvest! I’ve cut 6 foot weeds with them, without killing or choking the engine!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

John, I'm from Rhode Island USA and I am a commercial landscaper. My customers ideally want to see little to no grass clippings on their lawn after it's been cut. Most of my customers are cut once weekly or once biweekly and my challenge is to make the clippings disappear as much as possible. Recently I was using but removed the mulch kit with baffles and a chute block off plate . But, it was leaving too many clumps. Do you have a solution?
@johnkavli81816 ай бұрын
Try our Finisha blade it will make the clippings much finer
@StevenClark-f7w6 ай бұрын
@johnkavli8181 actually, I have your finisher blades and pretty happy with them. I'm wondering if I should try your four bladed finisher blade?
@johnkavli81816 ай бұрын
The X-Treme blade does exactly what the Finisha blade does, the only difference is you can go faster with the X-Treme blade. If you like we can put a smaller lift on the Finisha blade for you so the clippings are less likely to go above the blade hence create finer clippings. Not sure only testing it will give you the answer. Unfornutalety all mower decks respond differently.

Love your suggestion, let's do it! I'll place an order soon. Thx, Steve

Hi John, great to see your blades on the Ventrac Tough Cut. The issue with the stalky reed-like weeds not cutting to the blade level is generally a speed thing, not a blade issue. We find we need to mow reeds much more slowly and as low as possible to reduce the wobble and bending.
@Reviveandrefurbish Жыл бұрын
Hi there, This is both an interesting and cool product you have posted, Ive been looking for some blades that would cut really thick and tall grass and a lot of videos point towards this product, do you do various sizes at all? thank you for sharing.

How do you believe this blade would work on weekly and bi-weekly lawn Cuts with a full mud mulch kit that has extra baffles and a chute blocker? My concern is the clippings need to disappear into the lawn.
@jbmortensen Жыл бұрын
I had a field like this. Over time as I mowed it, the grass grew better and somehow it all evened out with less weeds. Almost a good yard/lawn quality now. Great blades, still a tough job for that little mower...almost need a tractor for the first time (that is what I had to do, but easier now with the little mower....these blades would have been even better to have in the first place!)
@jaybrown29 Жыл бұрын
I bought an vanquish but I believe it needs high lifts but the blade arbour only allows a 2 inch blade. How is the cut on weekly maintained grass cut at 2.5-3 inches with the stock blade ?
@jaybrown29 Жыл бұрын
Are these blades heavier as I’d like to see how the motors do with a heavier blade
@johnkavli8181 Жыл бұрын
Yes they are heavier and use a little more power but get the job done much quicker. We have sold many of these blades for Mean Green not one bad comment from the owners. We also have spoken to Mean Green 3 years ago no reply yet. They just say they have the best mowing blades on the market. These blades are made specific to the model. Cheers

@@johnkavli8181 there are no after market blades for the vanquish and no options from mean green. It’s a weird size and the arbour that the blade sits in has a slot that only a 2 inch wide blade will sit in. The blade size is 18” x 2” wide with 1/2 inch centre

@@johnkavli8181 maybe a 2.5” wide blade can just be bolted and sit above the 2inch wide slot ? Do you know anyone with a vanquish ?

@johnkavli81812 жыл бұрын
Hi Jordan , the Finisha blade was designed for a manicured lawn and can go lower than the Beast blade. It was designed for the lawn around the house, but also is very capable of cutting tall and thick grass where other blades just bog down or just ride over it.
@BWCA-vy2pi2 жыл бұрын
