Just how big of a boat ? I'm building,( finishing an old Sea Queen) that's four feet and using a 45mm printed jet drive. Going for a fishing boat FPV not a race boat but from what I've built before and the huge out runner ,( can spin 16"-22" airplane prop) it should be more than fast enough. I hope to be able to push a DIY foam kayak when not wanting to stay on shore.

Ammonia, Alcohol, and perhaps some blue dish soap. Amonia is used as industrial radiator fluid and will draw heat quickly. Makes a real difference in my book. I get cheap bits from H.F. and usually resharpen the smaller ones my self.
