This looks like some very yummy yogurt. I can't wait to try this Icelandic yogurt. I never knew that yogurt was a traditional Icelandic food, I am glad to know that yogurt is important in the Icelandic diet. This Skyr yogurt looks wonderful!

There was a bit of product placement in there...especially the Reyka vodka, which is wonderful. Brennevin and Borg Bruggus Hurðaskellir were in there as well. All Icelandic...

I simply dont like this 13 santa claus or just trolls that were designed to scare children. Later all this trolls took up same practice as santa claus by giving gifts or candy. Its also sexist as all 13 are males.

Lamb! One of my favorite meats. Iceland had the best lamb I've ever tasted when I was there a few years ago. The Plokkfiskur was wonderful also. I want to return after covid.....love the food in Iceland.

I have never visited Iceland. I was intrigued many years ago to read more books are published in Iceland in proportion to the population than any other nation in the World. I put it down to long dark winter nights with a nip in the air! I am attracted to the cohesion of Icelandic population. You sorted out your banking fiasco many years ago. Well done!
