I feel so lost and helpless and overly emotional. With no rule book and no remembrance , I try so hard, to listen and connect. But I am alone on a sinking ship and I don’t want to drown. But I am drowing. Since I woke up s spiritually, I’ve spent the whole time, purging and cleansing and healing. Never seems enough, I just can’t take it anymore. I’m beyond overwhelmed.. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.. I don’t wanna be in 3-D anymore, but obviously I’m not getting it. I am so so so tired.

You need to understand your power and you need to understand the momentum behind energy. Moving into gratitude think about the things that you’re grateful for talk about them outloud to yourself. Dance around sing listen to binaural beats or subliminals. you’re continuing to feed into that energy and that just feeds the dark. You have the power to change it. We all have choices. Feed only what you want to grow.
