I have never seen one of these machines in my entire life and chances are I never will. It's almost certain I will never use one of these machines and even more certainly, I will never own one. The probability I will change the belt on one of these machines is absolutely zero, and yet... I watched the entire video.

Why do you recommend washing after every use. I think that would be overkill with having to remove emissions box every time

How is this 200-240 volts when it only comes with a 3 prong connector
@superabrasiveadmin70953 жыл бұрын
The 20E model is with 3 prong connector, and it is single phase only, 200-240V. The 20NE is with 4 pong connector and is 1 or 3 phase, 200-240V. Hope this helps.

its a concrete grinder, not a space ship...all these new gimmicks and "cool" looking designs do nothing to grind a floor better than one from decades ago...I can still take a 50 year old Terrco and outgrind a brand new lavina today. No matter how cool and space age you make them look, the only thing that really matters is the tooling under the machine...the grinder is just the means to move the tooling across the floor with pressure applied Seems like all manufacturers have gone this route giving their machines new body styles and more high tech things (just more things to go wrong and break down) to try and entice new buyers.
@Superabrasiveinc3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your opinion. The tooling is the most important indeed but the equipment and the operator's skills make a difference as well. A lot of the new features on Lavina machines were added based on our customers' feedback. You might be happy with your old Terrco but the market says otherwise.

this video is for those of you who have absolutely no common sense. I use a lavina 32g-x and lemme tell ya, I really dislike it. I have to have a drywall guy in standby because no matter where the damn weights are, on or off, your going to gouge some walls.
@dannyd59095 жыл бұрын
Then you are probably really sloppy let me tell you i use the 30g-x no issues grinds smooth no dings on walls you probably get super close you might wanna invest into a smaller hand grinder to get the small edges and corners and not ding the wall

@tamaskovacs80747 жыл бұрын
Why do you sell lavina machines, when you have this technology?
@Superabrasiveinc7 жыл бұрын
Tamas, with this technology we are targeting a bit different market and it is suitable for different projects than traditional polishing - mostly very large projects with industrial concrete. You can not go with a power trowel in a retail store to polish the floor, for example. There is some overlap on certain projects but there is plenty of potential for both types of polishing. It is all about making the best choice for a specific job and improving efficiency and productivity.
@esdrehtsich92899 ай бұрын
Looks like a great product. Related to the question above: can I achieve the same polishing results with trowel shine in a shorter time (compared to a normal grinding machine) ?
