Don't know why, but it's happened a few times in my life and again recently. I really fucked up my leg, either pulled something or sprained it. When they pain gets really bad I automatically start laughing and smiling. As an example I was going down to get groceries, and the pain from walking down there was bad enough, but the trip back with a heavy bag of groceries made it so much worse since I had to put a lot of weight on it for the entire walk, half way through the pain got so bad it felt like my bones were pulsing with pain and for some reason I couldn't stop myself from laughing and grinning like an idiot even though people were around, it was incredibly embarrassing since I just looked like an idiot that walked funny. I've tried it before when I broke a rib and walking hurt, for some reason I would also start slightly laughing which obviously made it worse.
