@777fsx200 For me, the right side because you can see the downtown skyscrapers in the distance. Most approaches into LAX come in from the east so one comes in over the expanse of the city and environs. Even flights from Asia tend to arrive with this approach.

@777fsx200 It's way better to sit on the right of the plane! From that side you get to see downtown LA/skyscrapers and mountains. :)Trust me, I have flown into LA a gazillion times.

I can't take the gorgeousness! It's too much for my eyes! Anyway, I always sit on the right.

@777fsx200 - Right side if you want to see downtown in the distance. On the left I think you might see the ocean ahead, not sure, but you for sure won't see it from the right side.

haha the busy 405 at 0:40. i flew into LAX at around 11:15 pm on a late spring friday night, simply amazing. the los angeles metro area is HUGE.
