A DTF Printer is what you need but it requires a lot of patience and maintenance and it is usually a big investment. I would buy my transfers first until you get a good volume before investing in one.

This one was around an A4, 8.5x12

We use a combination of AI along with other tools. We also have a team of graphic designers because you still need to edit artwork before it is DTF printable.

Our latest version films can be peeled both hot or cold however we recommend cold peeling for artwork that is very detailed like next tags or heavy texts and halftones. Each supplier's application process may vary but our transfers press at 300f for 7s on heavy pressure.

Yes, different companies will use different supplies. You need a good combination of film, ink, and powder to dial down the transfers to get the best colors as well as a transfer that is easy to use for the end user. We have been printing for over 3yrs.

Yes you can use CM instead of Inches but whoever is printing your gangsheets will need to know and convert it. If they are from the states, most likely they are used to using inches and using cm may confuse them. Where are you from and who is printing your gangsheets?

@@transfersuperstars I’m from Iran , they told me to set my gangsheet myself and give it a 57 CM width . But every tutorial I have watched says that I should make it with inches , that’s why I don’t know what to do . Thanks for your answer .

Its because most people will use inches not cm, that's why most people will tell you to use inches so they don't have to do the measurement conversions.

They are a great profit margin item. These used to be difficult to print with screenprinting but DTF has definitely opened the decorating world to these.

There are both cold and hot foils for dtf, so depends what you buy :D

Hey there! Our transfers can be peeled both hot or cold but it will depend on the details of the prints. For example if you are doing fine details like neck tags, we always recommend cold peeling for better and safer results. If you are printing a full box or photoprint, you can hot peel that any day.

We download the images with the background removed but it doesn't take away the gradient effect, that is different from the actual background.

We have shirts that are years old that have lasted just fine. The key is to use a heat press and not an iron. Have you tried DTF and not Vinyl?

White prints fine.

pre press is recommended but not needed. Just like a lint roller, its not necessary but if you are a picky decorator or you have a linty fabric, then using a roller will help. We personally don't use a lint roller for mass production.

We use our own custom rip software. Our icc profiles are also calibrated extensively to achieve the brightest colors, i'm not familar with procolored unfortunately, sorry about that.

Puff is usually either screenprinted or vinyl transfer, you can possibly do it but you will have to factor in each color layer, Most folks won't want to touch something like this with low quantity.
