I freaking LOVE her. She’s so human and raw and wounded, yet badass, brilliant, resilient, funny and truly good. One of the most authentic TV characters I’ve ever seen. This scene makes me want to just give her a hug because you can tell how she’s lashing out at Owen out of pure grief, plus her complicated history with him.

@@crippletime no is not : Cristina (another character) was operating on Teddy's husband while Teddy was operating on another patient. While Cristina was operating her husband died and Owen saw that he was dead but when Teddy asked him how his husband was doing he told him he was fine. then when she finished operating on her patient Teddy discovered that her husband was actually dead and that Owen had lied to her so she got angry ( sorry my english is so bad)

@@KeelyGerberreal I feel like the writers rushed her character development and then had to take it away because they really didn’t know what to do with her. And like what happened with Callie. She knew Cristina was good at what she does and the idea she had was well thought out. She just didn’t want to admit that she was wrong.

This was a good rant but if I remember correctly, the prosecutor used it as a point to her argument. I think she said something like “that’s quite a temper you have” and “is that the one you used to kill your husband” or something like that

When I saw the scene where Meredith was drowning, and she was somewhat hyperventilating and flailing her arms, I immediately thought of the four stages of cold water immersion for some reason. I’m taking my PCOC exam soon, so that might be why. Since Meredith had gone hypothermic quite quickly, I think either they did a time skip (which seems logical) or the water was close to 0°C. Where I live, water temperature 15°C or lower is considered cold water, but the initial reaction to cold water immersion can happen in water as warm as about 25°C. I just thought about this while watching the show, and might as well share it

That scene made me cry soooo much and especially when they tried to revive her and then she was flatline for a while then thanks to Cristina suggesting to try resuscitating her 1 more time, she survived but then her mum died on that same day before Meredith came back to life 😢😢😢 if it wasn’t for Cristina, Mer would be dead x but I’m glad they are each other’s person and best friends because that is what best friends do cx
