Thank you Saint Tohlang for the circularity and regenerative voice. Sustainability is a business opportunity, low hanging fruits. Pushing for sustainable ways of doing business or operations is future proofing businesses.

Hi Ricky any particular reason why you visiting our KZbin? It is not about how people look dearest it is about their knowledge and experience they share on the topic. How you look does not define who you are it is what is in their heart

Achieving equality in the work place has been a difficult thing to do for many years now and it us evident that there is some sort of denial of the existence of gender parity in many work places. Women faces many injustices and inequalities, an example i would like to give would be that of a few women in the media industry in South Africa who were fired for being pregnant; one known as Manaka Ranaka. This goes to show that indeed there is no acceleration when it comes to gender parity in the workplaces across Africa. It is important that this is addressed because many companies do have an unconscious bias and due to that many women continue to struggle because they are not allowed to have voices and stand up for themselves. We need more men to be involved and for them to stand together with women in organizations to put an end to gender inequalities.

Hi Pfarelo Baloyi so agree with what you say. We need to stand together and raise our voices and we need our men to support us. It is not easy as there are so many men that cannot support as they are perpetrators themselves so hard to find the male voices that are authentic and real. Also the media is not that interested in these stories and they can really help so much if they support.

African governments should be limited, and then we will unlock the ingenuity, innovativeness and excellence of the African people

This was an interesting discussion but I am concerned about the Afctfa's ability to become the stimulus package for the continent when only a small number of people are aware of it. Many people don't even know about the African Union even less, what is actually does. How can people utilise something they don't know exists. Only large business and foreign countries (who I'm sure will be licked their lips waiting eagerly for the implementation) are aware of it. This is the biggest thing to happen in Africa since independence, it should be on every news stations repeatedly, in the same way the EU was when first created. Also, I am surprised the @t domain hasn't been communicated wider; it works in unison with the Afcfta! These things need to addressed.

Hi Sophia, Tiekie here CEO from the Shared Value Africa Initiative. Fully agree with you that there is still so much education that needs to be done on the AfCFTA. Again you also right that so few people really know what the AU and the AUDA do. That is why we as the SVAI is busy engaging with different organisations and raising awareness. Thank you so much for your interest. The more we talk about it the more we can raise awareness. The AfCFTA is for us Africans to trade across borders, build our continental trade, create our own narrative and work together towards a more inclusive society.
