3rd Question- instead of adding another 2nd battery to the first system, it might be wise to add a complete new system ie 13.3kw with inverter. Does the software recognized 2 separate systems or does it combine the date when looking at the software app ?

Another question - if have my dishwasher on and use the microwave or kettle its trips, the load seems low, is this normal? unsure what the load capacity is on the S5 ? Is there newer systems coming our with higher capacity loads ie 7 or 9kw like some others

I have a S5 smile 13.3kw storage and thinking of adding another 13.3 battery on the side. Only issue its a 5kw inverter which charging 26.6 total battery storage will take a lot of time, do you supply or a way to increase the speed to charge or add larger inverter ??

Is this an engineer/installer only setting? I beleive my AplhaESS readings are about 8% over what the actual (standalone Solis) inverter output is.

Hi, I had a SMILE5 installed in my home and it's EXTREMELLY noisy!!! The manual says the noise level should be below 35db, but there's a component at around 14.5kHz that goes way above 40db every time the device receives more than 3kW from the panels. Does anyone else experience this level of noise from this device?

Off-Grid Parallel Function.... WOW!!! Does it mean that if I put 3 units of the SMILE-G3 in PARALLEL, I can accommodate 15KW load in a single output? How do you synch the output's phase of each unit to a single output? Is this done internally or thrugh an external device?

I can't see the product on the Alpha ESS site. Any further info? How does the G3 compare to the B3-PLUS?
