That's such a great idea to look at your papers differently and see how they can be used. Sometimes those double sided papers have one side that I don't particularly care for. But perhaps they could be used for a different occasion or cut down to be an accent behind another feature on the card. Thanks for the inspiration to look at my papers differently and USE them.

Yes, I realized too late that I didn't actually use real read for the final layer. Oops! I did use it in the completed sample I showed so you can see the look and contrast.

Sometimes we need to go back to years to bring out some of the Gorgeous Beautiful work that was done and let those Newbies see that they don't have to have everything at once, but can make do with what little they Have 😊. Yes like the crafter who is seeing it for the first time.. Just saw your headline and decided to watch and I ❤ 😍 . I also do as to make my own Pattern Paper, we can't get them like ( Overseas) and then they are very Expensive being imported or shopping online 😊.

quidk question. . . I love the scoring blade on the paper trimmer. Do you know if those blades are interchangeable with other paper trimmers? I have a different brand trimmer, but love that feature! THANKS for sharing your expertise. . . I love seeing others create these beautiful cards and it gives me inspiration and motivation!

Three months Newbie here! Thanks for this video. I have used the Versamark just for embossing. Now I have another use for it!!❤😊 I used the backwards tweezers to hold while embossing.

I don't understand why you are not using water with watercolor pencils. Also, one should never press hard with watercolor pencils but rather color over lightly over what color is always laid down.

I realize I said to cut a 1/4" off the side multiple times. It is NOT a 1/4" , but rather a full 1"

I love black and white cards. I have one or two favorite stamps, that I only do blk and white. One was my Christmas card, and then put glitter glue on some places. Really nice. Look forward to your videos every week.

Neat. Done paper piercing years ago, with a lady bunny. Cut out a pretty pattern of small flowers, and glued it on to her apron.. Came out great. Took a little time, but worth it. Must do it again.
