Hi Gregg i'm thinking back to my younger days watching this one......i used to strip down vauxhall engines and rebuild them, rings, shells valve stem seals etc etc. The happiness i got out of rebuilding a smoking Nova 1.4 SR and seeing it fixed was amazing Do you or did you glazebust your bores with a glazebuster? I'm going in the garage to see if i still have mine. I've not had it out for 30 years......more tea vicar

I had the same thing with my transit customer.. belt went only done 50k needed a new engine, turbo, DPF everything.. ford said I didn’t use the correct spec oil when I had it serviced the last 2 services.. the first 3 services was with main dealer but last 2 wasn’t.. but the garage I use goes by manufacturer recommendations for oil!! Ford said no not there fault!! It’s all a big scam!! Any viewers watching get a belt conversion to a chain.. £1k conversion compared to a £8k new engine..
