Very haunted place with lot's of paranormal activity; one of just 10 locations in Ireland featured in Richard Jones's splendid book Haunted Houses of Britain and Ireland

Very interesting and well presented. A great structure a testament to the stonemasons.

History says the Moore family were good to their Tennants during the Great Hunger and never evicted plus went into debt to keep them fed

These documentaries are a treasure. I am a frequent visitor to Moore Hall and it's neighbor Tower Hill. I visited Moore Hall again today and on the cusp of the centenary of the burning I still marvel how this fine edifice, the irregulars tried to incinerate, stands a proud testimony to the skill of local craftsmen. I especially like the music of the opening titles & would love to know the artist/s?.

Such a pity about the Coilte vandalism planting foreign trees to the front door and inside the walled garden; designed to ruin the garden walls.

A PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL VIDEO OF A PRECIOUS EXHIBIT, I ONLY REGRET THAT THE PHONOGRAPH SHOWN MIDWAY IS A FAKE, MADE IN INDIA QUASI REPRODUCTION. MARGARET SHERIDAN DESERVES AT THE LEAST A NOBLE DULCEPHONE.

This is so hauntingly beautiful. Our lovely Margaret. We love her. My uncle Arthur lives on the other side of Linenhall where she sang in the thirties. Her voice is certainly one of the best in the twentieth century.,Her clear ringing tones are a match for all the modern smudgy, vague productions which are in vogue today, With some exceptions , of course !!

Watched this on Nov 26, 2013 at the EU Film Festival in Ottawa. Really enjoyed the movie, esp his performance with the orchestra. AMAZING !!!!
