Never let anyone touch your nose shells(turbinates). You have one nerve that controls if you can feel the breath through the nose and guess what it’s in the nose. Called the turbinates

Beautiful work, it looks natural because I have seen some works that look as if they were oriental, with slanted eyes.

Its so sad how the society tell us how we need to look. The stereotypes are destroying us. "The perfect nose" every nose is perfect, "the perfect eyes" every eyes are perfect. Its just sad that nowadays people are getting surgery to change their unique traits on something from a magazine.

What about septoplasty only? Without touching the turbinates it shouldn’t be a problem?

I have done deep deep research on this and Septo and well and any treatment to reduce or touch the turbinates can give/ cause ENS. Even small cauterizations to an accidental broken nose.

Greetings Dr Nassif, can you please be kind and help me by providing some information about this condition. For years ive been strugling with deviated septum and soon i will undergo procedure. I wanted to ask does devitated septum have some coreletions with ENS and also does CT scan or some other x-ray device can expose presense of this condition couse im recently found out about this condition and im starting to feel releted.

8 years ago I got under restylane eye filler 😢 now I am dealing with migrating issues one one cheek. My new surgeon has tried twice to dissolve it but it just won’t go away. Small lump line on my cheek Any suggestions are welcome. I’m walking a lot, staying hydrated and lymph draining daily. Love you doc and respect your opinion ❤

Michael Jackson made the mistake of going to the same surgeon (Dr Steven Hoefflin in the Beverly Hills area), and unfortunately between 1983-1984 it created a button tip caving effect rather than preserving a natural result.

I've had two treatments of BBL/Moxi so far, the second of which was yesterday. I found the BBL laser "prickly" as you said. But I found the Moxi painful, like a zapping burning pain, particularly the last two passes, even with the use of numbing cream (there were five passes of the Moxi laser in total). I couldn't have taken another pass of Moxi over my face. For me, the pain/discomfort level at that point was about a 7. The most sensitive area was the area above my upper lip and around the outer perimeter of my face. (The next time I have it done I will take some Tylenol an hour before the procedure to help with the pain.) I also had BBL/Moxi done on my neck and chest, but it was just uncomfortable and not nearly as painful in those areas, surprisingly. After the procedure, my skin was very red and very warm. This morning, my skin is still red and warm, but my face is now also somewhat swollen, especially in the area an inch or so underneath my eyes (it's normal). I know from my first BBL/Moxi laser treatment that in the next few days the swelling, redness and warmth will subside, but my skin will then take on a sandpaper-y roughness (not too bad though), my brown spots will darken, and I will develop some MENDS (tiny black dots) which will either slough off or just go away within a few days. It is really important to stay out of the sun if possible and to wear sunscreen and a hat to protect the skin in the days following the procedure. Also, it's important not to do any intense exercise which causes sweating. After my first BBL/Moxi treatment (which was more mild and not as painful), I didn't notice any improvement in either my brown spots or fine lines. But I was told that this is normal and that is why BBL/Moxi is done in a series of 3-4 treatments spaced about 4 weeks apart in order to see results.

I'm having my turbinates sorted by a really good ENT, and he said to me removing inferior turbinates shouldn't be done or every touching the middle turbinates! But he is reducing mine with a Celon machine as been swollen for over 4 years with nasal sprays etc
@healthyisbeautiful8720
@healthyisbeautiful8720 Ай бұрын
Dont do it! They keep saying complete removal only is dangerous. It is a lie. Any alteration can cause ENS. Even lateralization but the risk is less.
@mikekaraoke
@mikekaraoke Ай бұрын
@@healthyisbeautiful8720 I will do it, My ENT is Vik Veer has his own KZbin channel watch his video about ENS. He has done thousands of them of reducing them with Celon and has always said never touch the middle turbinates as he knows some surgeons have + had arguements with them. + he has never given any of his patients ENS in the decades he has been doing it-so he knows exactly what he is doing. His waiting list is so long. I'm also getting this done for free as live in UK so on the NHS.
