Got back into many games ive been behind in by just afk split pushing until back into the game. I mean you are gambling your team doesnt just play aram with the enemy team, and then flame you as if its your fault they cant tell they are fighting a 4v5 for nothing in return. But when you are so far behind sometimes thats what you have to do. And obviously if you just dont get yourself behind then this never happens, but some times it just be that way.

Not quite related with the vidéo but what the ideal lifesteal from an adc build. I play kai'sa and Vayne adc. I recently came from jungle. And i sad that most of the time if i pick more lifesteal i sacrifice some great items and vice versa. So what's the ideal amount of lifesteal i should get as an adc every game
@VaporaDark31 минут бұрын
I would say you basically have these options: 1. Fleet + Absorb Life 2. Bloodline, optionally supplemented with Fleet 3. Lifesteal from Blade of the Ruined King rush, if playing an on-hit ADC 4. Bloodthirster once you have 100% or at least 75% crit. Any options from 1-3 will be enough lifesteal for the early-mid game, and option 4 will greatly boost your lifesteal lategame. BT can also function as your sole form of lifesteal if you just want to run Alacrity, but your early-mid sustain will be rough until you build it, at least Absorb Life preferably combined with Fleet Footwork is recommended.

This leaves you with a decision. Do you have enough farm to teamfight or split push? The decision will be based on the situation you’re in. Denying enemy pushes is a major factor and winning important teamfights decides between victory and defeat. If you have enough damage and your tank or bruiser has caught a few enemies, go into teamfights. If you don’t have sufficient farm early on, you need to improve your CS to make up. Make sure to split-push when the enemies are distracted.

Jinx at a tier 2 tower is a dead jinx for free then they gonna steam roll your team or just take all the objectives on the map for free and low elo players always force objectives which is a good thing now that jinx is dead...I don't ever past t1 as jinx..😂😂 and jinx is so good at teamfights in low elo it ain't worth split pushing...
@ekim49263 сағат бұрын
Your handicap strat is sound, but I feel like your skills are still above that of a low elo player. Like you still reasonably know where everyone is, and unless rooted or faced an auto attack, you skill kited better than the average silver. You don't deal as much damage as you would have if you have your items, but by the time you got beserkers, not a lot of people are touching you in the first place That's just my 2cent
@VaporaDark2 сағат бұрын
Obviously there is no perfect way to actually handicap myself to the skill of a silver player, but at the very least it'd be great if I can at least mitigate the 'snowball' detriment of being a higher level player in a lower level game, where the further we get into the game the less and less relevant it becomes to the average player because at that point even just my champion is capable of more things than their champion would be at that stage of the game. If I can handicap my gold to just the average for that game, then at least everything stays equally relevant from minute 1 to minute 40. Additionally, it's not always bad that I have better mechanics than my viewers. I think it is a good thing to have an example of what you should be aiming for. A lot of mechanics isn't solely about mechanical 'capabilities' but about mechanical 'habits', and they both go hand in hand. A silver player may suck at kiting compared to me, but they suck way less compared to if they didn't know what kiting is at all. When you see a high Elo player kite, if you've never seen the concept of kiting before your mind would be blown, and now you have something you can practice that you didn't before. Likewise, seeing how high Elo players dodge skillshots that they're not even reacting to, just using their own ingrained habits to keep their movement erratic, can show viewers how they should aim to move themselves.

So my pre watch thought about this strategy is that if your team is ahead it does not really matter whether you participate in teamfights or not but when the enemy team is strong, wins a teamfight and you are the only one alive as ADC there is just not much you can do in regards of defending or contesting objectives and add the frustration of your teammates because you didnt group and you are probably looking at a lost game.

I think this is right and Im going to do it, as a low elo adc main I watch all these challenger players telling me what is the right play and doing my very best to copy them when in reality I should soak that info up for if I ever climb higher and for now just do something like this which is technically the wrong way to play it but no one gives af about macro in my elo.

The river is considered to be at a lower height compared to the rest of the map. The game has a ZY axis for visual purposes only (for whatever reason). The visual of the skillshot, if you slow the clip down, is actually nowhere near where my mouse was when I cast it. The disconnect between the high ground/low ground makes my skillshot appear further down than it was, making the hitbox look ridiculous when really it's the visual that's completely wrong, and the hitbox was fine at hitting her.

I think you didn’t activate your armor item when kayn ulter you. I think you got 2x split solo towers netting you around 2k incl waves and solo xp to stand a chance late game. If you grouped kayn would have killed you so much easier under levelled with less items with even less farm. So games are unwinable but you gave yourself the best chance.

Man, it's kind of validating seeing the first and fourth games, where the team's null macro just becomes too heavy to carry. As someone who's been in that situation a lot and is not nearly as good as Vapora, it makes me feel a bit less bad about my losses. The only thing that still feels bad is seeing bronze-level macro play in Platinum players. What is up with that!?

Is it better to actually counter pick or rather play someone you're really comfortable with? And i always go mid after first destryoing their turret but idk why what's the explanation just to have more impact on the map and objectives?
@MidoCounters2 күн бұрын
As you're learning the game, it's a good idea to play as few champions as possible (play whoever you like best) so you get familiar with matchups, then try expanding your champion pool little by little to account for bad matchups or to improve lane synergy. It's good for ADC to farm mid after laning phase because it's the safest lane to cover and you can move to fights happening in other lanes the fastest from there, since you want to be with the team as the AD carry. But of course, other laners may not rotate and mindlessly farm whatever is in front of them, so we also have to adapt to our teammate's choices (or lack thereof).
@YuriNoel7Күн бұрын
You should stick to someone you’re comfortable with as counterpicking can backfire if you don’t know how to actually play the counterpick. Plus with marksmen I think counterpicks matter a bit less because a good/well played support pick can help even it out.

@saaltysenpai84183 күн бұрын
Hello! My boyfriend and I watch your videos and they have really helped us! He has started playing aphelios and I'm a rakan/soraka main. In the first game in the beginning would it have helped for the soraka to position more aggressively? I felt like she could have helped win more trades and get better vision. Also do you find soraka to be a decent support with aphelios?
@VaporaDark3 күн бұрын
Glad you both enjoy the content! Reviewing a bit of the early laning I don't think there was any need for Soraka to position aggressively. Overall we wanted to minimize trading against Draven so passive positioning worked fine. Maybe there was something she could have done to prevent Janna having sole control of the lane brushes and spamming invisible tornados at us, but it might have been too risky since getting hit by a Janna tornado against Draven basically kills her or forces Flash every time. The only misstep I noticed from her was positioning a mile away from me during the fight at 7:40, but that was more down to underestimating Aphelios's blue-white damage rather than bad positioning skills. If I didn't have good dueling weapons, we both should have backed off there. I do actually quite like Soraka with Aphelios, although this might not have been the best lane for it. She's good into mage supports, and is good anti-burst for dealing with short range lockdown supports; but not good for dealing with hook supports who pull Aphelios away from her, or can reach her with their engages. Here though I think we both picked too weak early champions against Draven, we needed something that could stand against Draven more effectively. The fact that Draven being 1/0 with only a 2x Long Sword advantage over me was already enough for her to feel that we could no longer match the enemy bot lane even in a bigger wave and had to abandon our farm (which she would have been right about if I didn't have those weapons), leaving us in a position where we ccould no longer last-hit without getting our jungler to come hold our hand, is a testament to how weak our lane phase was. We couldn't get away with picking that much scaling against Draven, was why that didn't work out. Sometimes you need a support with a strong enough early game that you can at least approach the wave and farm, which Soraka doesn't provide against such a strong all-in champion such as Draven. If she picked Soraka vs Draven I needed to pick a stronger ADC who could stand against him, or if I picked Aphelios vs Draven, then she needed to pick a stronger support who could help me stand against him.

@@VaporaDark This was incredibility helpful thank you for taking the time to reply to me! I definitely agree during 7:40 she should have been there I found that really strange. not sure if you do this already but what do you think about running double ad shards? I think besides jhin, aphelios is one of the few adcs that it feels viable on because of his passive atk speed and it also sort of negates the nerf they did a while ago to his passive ad
@VaporaDark4 күн бұрын
It's fine if you start W, but I like even more starting W as well as taking the attack speed shard. It helps a LOT for pushing for level 2, and even for trading/fighting at level 1. The adaptive shard scales better because your AD scaling increases throughout the game (crit + IE more than doubles your AD scaling per auto, AD scaling increases at level 6 when you unlock ult, all your AD ratios scale with levels until level 13). But for me I just prefer being stronger early.
