How does CIWW compare to HPP and the two courses at LV?
@tompillar86
@tompillar86 3 ай бұрын
CIWW is the easiest course but really good and nice if you take a swim. HPP is way harder, lots of boils, massive holes and it sucks if you take a swim but is way better if you want to improve technique. I can't say anything about Lee Valley as never paddled there.

Enjoyed the vid thank you. Maybe put the music at a lower level, so we can hear what's going on better... plus I'm not sure it's necessary. Anyway, great vid, reminds me of good times, and makes me want to get on the river again! Inspiring.

The only reason of me putting the music is I dont like hearing myself talking. I will try next time to shut up and dont spoil the sound. Thanks for the input though.

It's a beautiful river, as there is so many different things, but there is s couple of dangerous bits, especially the rapid with undercut, narrow guttering like slide which is very shallow (on of our guys attacked a rock wall with his face) and there is a boxed-in nasty weir which looks like suicide apart from one place where you can shoot it. I'd recommend doing it first on low level as we did some portages and it was only on medium

What a fun river. Looks like it's a Class 3, and way fun. Nothing scary, and no "death traps". Reminds me of the Natchees River in Washington, State, USA. Or the Wenatchee at 5000 cfs.
