Not bad man good potential. A few thoughts: 1. Intro chords are very muddy and almost discordant, you can’t have that many notes so closely together that low. It never sounds good 2. Strings sound very midi, needs some articulation and layering 3. Sounds slightly weird having such dry percussion like the clap with a wet backing mix. In general, the parts don’t sound like they’re in the same space. 4. I think you’re over processing your sounds, don’t use such aggressive EQ and comp. Be gentle and deliberate with the changes. If you need to massively change a sound to fit in the mix, it’s probably wrong in the first place 5. Needs a catchy hook

Sorry bro, If I showed everything the video would've been too long, so I had to cut down on some stuff. But all I did was just chop whatever parts of the sample sounded good to me. If you do that as well then you shouldn't have any problems.

im really bad at sampling how do you get good chords for the sample and what serum bank is that pls

First, find the key and bpm of the sample, then work on the notes for the chords. Use your ear to figure out what works and what sounds best to you! After practicing for a while, you'll eventually get better. In my experience, music theory helps too. The soundbank I'm using is: "Shocking Lo-Fi Sounds For Serum" by Vandalism Sound.
